DELL Precision 690 microcode update

I was wondering if it is possible at all to update the microcode of a Dell Precision 690. Most of the other manufactures have update the microcode in there boards to support the 54 series xeon CPU's dell has not

This board has a 5000X chipset which cannot run beyond 1333 so even if you would be able to run xeon 54xx's in this thing they still would not go 1600. That's why Dell saw no point of adding the codes, because it would also mean checking if this board can handle the different voltages/power requirements of the 45nm CPUs.

I understand that it will not run 1600 i am not looking for that. I just want it to support the chips that run at 1333 there are some 1333 fsb 54 series chips http://ark.intel.com/products/series/33905 but mainly i just want it to support the chips that dell says it does but dose not unless you downgrade the firmware to a older version i think dell just trying to make money on newer products and they are crippling the older systems intentionally
