BIOS Updates forum

I have the same problem as castlerock I also have a tiny computer and likewise cannot get my scanner to work, i even bought a new one, but the message tells me it is not located in the BIOS I do not understand this at all, yes I am a woman, so be patient with me. I haven't a clue where to start, I have a manual but it only just touches on this subject.......many thanks
