Can someone tell me how to update my BIOS with Windows2K?

Hi,
Can anyone tell me how to update my BIOS (GA-5AX)? I am running windows 2000 and it does not allow me to make a boot up disk that I need in order to use the update file that it is on the Gygabyte site. Their instructions are for WIN98 and I am running WIN2K. They don't have anything for updating with WIN2K, so I have the files but I can not flash it. Thank you for your help.
