Nasty Erors

I have a very shity problem...
here goes:everytime i try to play a game it works fine for some minutes and then i get some bios eror and my computer restarts;
it all started when i updated my video drivers;
now it doesn't matter wich drivers i install,the problem remains!
i have an amd athlon at 1.2 ghz
ge force2 mx\mx400 at 64 mb
256 mb sdram
20 gb hdd
i'd appreciate the help,because i'm desperate!!
p.s. my bios is award 6.0 and i think my motherboard is via vt83663a
