Can't enter my bios

I am currently having issues on a Tyan Tiger MPX entering my bios. I have tried multiple keyboards (usb and ps/2) with no success. I know that I need to hit F2, but it isn't working. I reset my cmos and reinstalled XP, with no results. I have read in seveal post about people resetting their bios, but I am not sure what that means, or if that would possibly help me.

Just a side note, I also can't get a usb keyboard to work. I don't think it is a Windows problem, cuz I can't even get my computer to boot with a usb board plugged-in.

You sure that the key is F2? DEL or CTRL +ALT + ESC and some other keys and combinations work on some boards.

My keyboard has a function key lock, which I need to press before pressing F2 to enter my BIOS.
