WoW what a reboot problem

I work on computers and I come across a new one to me.
I install a factory new bios on a ABITKT7A and i have the same problem and I have tryed everything.
If you reset the bios time clock and reboot you can then go in a set up everything but if you reboot it just hangs on the memory check.
If you remove the battery you can then reboot till you need to shut down again then it hangs again.
Other then that the puter runs fine ....any ideas?
