...does 6VA694+(S)-B1 LuckyStar mainboard with VIA chipset support Intel Procesor celeron on 1300 Mhz...i can not find manul for this mainboard so any information...will be good to me...

nope. highest multiplier is 8*133=1064MHz maximum.
