P5vx-be max memory support

Does anyone know if ECS p5x-be support 512 RAM DIMM?

No, max supported memory in total is 128MB, AFAIK 4x32MB EDO, proably also 2x64MB EDO.
Max SDRAM DIMM support is 32MB per stick, every 32MB stick must have 16 chips to be fully recognized. Every other stick may be not recognized at all or with greatly reduced useable capacity.

32MB DIMM , you sure ? i am using one 64DIMM and it is working , and i was think in upgrade to 512.

max. RAM for the Intel VX (it is Intel VX, is it?) is 128MB. It supports max. 2x4Mx64 (double sided, 4M chips) modules with 64MB.

if you can find them that is. Those 64MB low-density sticks also had a tendency of being unstable.
