HD Samsung HD103SJ; Motherboard Asrock P4V88

The above motherboard is not recognising the above hdd. The latest bios of motherboard was flashed and also since there is a known issue between the SATA 3 and 1.5 I had flashed the hdd with the samsung software to fix that issue but still when I tried to install the win XP hdd was still not recognised. Any solution please?

XP needs a separate driver from a floppy disk during install for the mass storage controller on your motherboard:
