According to the link "Award BIOS IDs" on the front page of this site, that's a Holco/Shuttle BIOS ID. Take a look at the "To find out which Shuttle mainboard, PCB version and Bios you've got, please click here" link and see if that helps you identify it. There may be a later BIOS.
