Dear sirs:

I would like to install a Fujitsu MPG3204AH into an ACorp motherboard with that BIOS ID. Could anyone have the solution for this? I´ve gone to the ACorp webpage, with no help...

Thanks a lot!

Regards from Portugal

It's Azza Pt-5IVL OEMed by Acorp. Manual http://www.azza.com.tw/FTP/Manuals/5IVL.PDF. Some BIOS is here http://www.azza.com.tw/FTP/BIOS/5IVLWP.ZIP

Try it (be sure to back up your current BIOS first) - it should detect the drive correctly but some of these old BIOS will not support over 8.4GB even when they display everything OK. Run FDISK (from Win95OSR2 or later) to see if it shows full HDD capacity.

Acorp seems to have newer BIOSes for certain oemed boards. I've just discovered (and rejoiced) that recently with my REDFOX board (oemed by AZZA and Acorp).

BIOS no good...

Dear sirs:

What I came up with was:

FLASH MEMORY WRITER V7.37
(C)Award Software 1999 All Rights Reserved
---------------------------------------------------
For i430VX-W877F-2A59G000C DATE: 06/21/96
Flash Type - Unknown Flash

File Name to Program : 5ivlwp.bin
Checksum : 32B7H

Error Message: (blinking) Unknown Flash Type!

What now? Give up?...

Try another flasher - older Awdflash or UniFlash (at your own risk).
