Any further info, e.g. BIOS OEM message under the Award logo, top left of the memory count screen ? Any markings on the board ?

Some BIOSes and other info at web.archive.org... but we need to identify the board first. With a '97 date the current BIOS may only support up to 8GB.

But there's a very high chance a Nov. 1997 BIOS will support 32GB already.
