BIOS Updates forum

Hello,

a friend of me bought a 60gig-HD, which doesnt get recognized by the bios.

The current bios-specs of her motherboard:

BIOS Date: 09/23/98
BIOS Type: Award Modular BIOS v4.51PG
BIOS ID: 09/23/98-i440BX-W977TF-ATC-6220C-00
BIOS Eval: ATC-6220 VER:1.1 04 WB
Chipset: Intel 440BX/ZX rev 3

I cant really find a suitable update for that bios, is there anyone that can help me out on this?

which has a link to a BIOS at Rainbow's site.

i used uniflash, did the flash with bootblock-option (in advanced), and everything works fine


i think this forum is most helpfull when needed info on flashing...cheers!
