20GB: IBM Thinkpad 380Z Bios:IGET30WW

Hello!
I tried to use a 20GB harddisk in my IBM ThinkPad 380Z (233MhZ) but the Bios reported only a 8GB drive. The new bios from the IBM-homepage didn´t change anything. Is there a possibility o use this disk in the notebook?
