hello

I need an upgrade for BIOS Award 4.51PG to support large Hard Disk. Anybody can help me?

there is one interesting thing,my motherboard's user's manual[book] shows that my motherboard is magellan EX P6EX-AT and on motherboard chip is written FW82443EX that means intel 82440EX chipset,but ctbios shows this "09/02/1998 i440LX-ITE867-2A69JF2QC-00 P6EX-AT Ver.2.0"
i found my motherboards site

its exactly the same.
and there is no new bios update,but i saw that it is possible to make the old bios to support large hard disk,its support 32gb now,but i have 60gb hard disk.
so ill be thankfull if someonee could help me.

pached ok,but seems it is not working with hard.is it needed to remove and make again mbr?before it was splitted into 20gb and 40gb

Have you installed it before the patch using drive-overlay Software or using the 32GB limitation jumper ?
What's your OS ?
With NT/W2K or XP using NTFS a reinstall might be needed or at least a removal and re-install of the 40GB partition
