Is full ID (from BIOS Agent or similar) something like:
bios id 12/21/00-693-686-6a6lgj1cc
bios eval v.bn693x b02 12-21-2000
?
Original BIOS at http://www.zdnet.de/treiber/man_prod/bo ... os-wc.html? Need the "bn693x" or similar to identify the board if it is the Bona OEM version of Jetway.

Actually, no. It is 02-13-2001 693-686-6A6LGJ1CC-00
v.6.00PGN
I don't have anything similar to bios eval v.bn693x b02 12-21-2000

Must be completely different. Thanks, though!

An Award 6.00 Bios with this date should support at least up to 128GB
What's the problem you have ? > Detected as 32GB ? > Remove 32GB Limitation clip on your HDD

Plesa press "pause/Break" Key on your keyboard on the first screen with your Bios-ID an look in the upper left cornber just below the Award Logo - the needed Info should be there

It will only say "bios eval" if you used something like BIOS Agent as I suggested. As Denniss says, look at the top left of the memory count screen under the Award logo. Or use BIOS Agent.

It detects the drive, but it won't allow it to be formatted. It says it can't find the drive when I try to format.

How about that message in the top left or the BIOS eval output ?

Prior to formatting a HDD it must be partitioned with FDISK or other Tools

fdisk

Yes, I tried fdisk and format, but it still says it's undetected. I have the Win2k version of fdisk. I'm using Win2k. Maybe a faulty drive?

Try using the WinME version of FDISK/FORMAT from www.bootdisk.com
