i haven't explained the probleme with the hard drive :
when it is pluged on the board, the bios freezes on disk detection
I've read that it's the limit of 32GB of the Award bios

Hi FrenchUser
I can't link directly to the BIOS, and using
http://membres.lycos.fr/razorbak83/ the buttons do not work to take me any further.
Can you please zip and email it ?

It isn't an account problem. Many FWS providers disable hotlinking.

edit:
i've found the problem: my host had delete my bios file
i think it's to prevent hosting of warez on accounts

Not recommended if you don't have a way to fix it if it fails (hot-flash or external programmer). Almost always, if the BIOS boots, you'll then need to modify it to match exactly your board - e.g. the PCI device numbers must match, otherwise IRQs will not be properly assigned to PCI devices.

Well, i've tested, it seems to work
only two little problems:
1) ram is counted three times
I solved this by enable the Quick Power on Self Test option located in BIOS FEATURE SETUP
2) my 80GB is reconised correctly :
Maxtor xxxxxxx
but when i've booted windows XP in Safe Mode, PC reboots
it's the same when i boot in MS-DOS Command
Is it because i haven't made my partitions with this motherboard ?
Tomorrow, I will receive 2x Maxtor 40GB D740X ATA133, I will test partitioning and Windows/Mandrake installations on those
