Check if you have 128KB or 256KB Flash ROM (by running UniFlash or peeling off the Award label from the BIOS chip and looking what's printed on the chip).
Then go here http://www.jetway.com.tw/evisn/download/d7BXAS.htm. Most probably you have 128KB chip so either BXAS2D01.BIN or BXAS2D1.BIN is correct. The D1 version has hardware monitoring (voltages and temperatures) in Power Management SETUP. So if your board has the monitoring chip installed, the D1 should be for you, otherwise use the D01. Both these BIOSes support HDDs up to 128GB.

I mean Power Management in BIOS setup.
640KB is base memory size, it has nothing to do with BIOS.

Tried Uniflash ??

Pefect flasher especially for older mainboards - better than anything else
