40GB: 11/06/1999 - i440BX-SMC60X - 2A69KB0

Award Bios v. 4.51 PG on my Biostar M6TBA ver. 1.3 does not recognize mor than 32 GB of my 40GB Harddisk.
can anyone provide a solution for this problem?

Make sure the drive is jumpered correctly (32GB clipping jumper is NOT set).
The latest BIOS supports HDDs up to 128GB:
