I have downloaded about 3 different *.bin files to upgrade my Bios and so far none of them have worked. I always get errors like:
" The program file's part number does not match with your system", when using awdfash.exe, and

" File size does not match flash rom chip size" when using uniflash.exe

I have done a lot of research on this matter as I dont like to ask for help without first trying to solve the problem myself, I always like to work out things on my own , however this time I am totally stuck.
The files I downloaded where from the manufacturers web site, however they look suspicious to me.
My motherboard is ACORP INTERNATIONAL, however the Bios ID suggests xxx-xxxx-2A69KF99C-00 it is a FORD LIAN motherboard. (and this is where I downloaded some of the BIN files).....This is too confusing for me...I would appreciate a bit of help on this matter...
Thanks in advance....ah before I forget:

I found the 2 latest BIOSes ACORP offered before removing support for the 6BX67 from their current site:

1Mbit (128KB):
02/09/1999-i440BX-W977TF-2A69KF99C-00
FOR 6BX67 PCI/ISA/AGP MODE VER:1.4

2Mbit (256KB):
03/08/1999-i440BX-W977TF-2A69KF9AC-00
FOR 6BX67 PCI/ISA/AGP MODE VER:1.5_C

Seems like you have the 128KB version.

None of the above versions natively support HDDs > 32GB, so I've patched both for you. You'll have to flash V1.4, but if you decide to move to a 256KB BIOS chip, you'll have to program it with V1.5C.

The patched (untested) BIOSes are at http://wims.rainbow-software.org/ajz/ , and please report success/failure.

Uniflash - works perfect with most older chipsets

Never had any problem on Intel i440 chipset types
