60GB: ASUS P5A

Hey everyone, i need a patched bios for an ASUS P5A, running a k62 400 @ 450. rage 128 vid, cheap sound, nic and modem. Currently has a 6.2 quantum, 8x4x32 burner, and a 36x cd it. Here's the dillema. I'm making this into a net machine for my uncle - i got him a 60 gb hitachi deskstar (formerly the 75gxp deathstar by ibm, yes i know), and it won't read the drive above the 32 gb mark. So, can somebody patch this bios to take the 60? Major thanks.

Go to
http://www.asus.com/support/download/it ... ype=Latest
and click on the "Beta" radio button at the top of the page. That should give you a beta BIOS that will recognize your HD.

thanks for the help, albeit too late dude. Scant minutes after making this post i found the answer, bu using the search function, and by digging through a post similar to this one i found out about the 1101.005 beta bios. which works. Thanks either way.
