Open case and check printer connector top surface, post all the markings you find on the sticky label.

There's a beta bios at the DFI site that may do the trick...

Hi, tks for your help, but... i updated the BIOS and when the computer starts already recognizes the HD but it stops for a while (about 10 minutes) and then starts reading the startup disk, but when this process finishes the HD is no longer recognized.
Any suggestions?
