Hallo,

I tryed to connect an 40 Gb disk to a HOT 591P Shuttle bord, but it is not reconised.
Can somebody help me out here?

The date showen at startup is: 01-04-00

The complete strig showen is: MVP-586B-ITE86-2A5LEH 2BC-00

The flash i used was 591ps025.bin

PS, now the board is limitted at 256 Mb of ram mem, is there a possible uppering?

Make sure the HDD is working at all and correctly jumpered to Master/Slave/Single Master
40GB should work without problems

perhapst i am looking over it so please can't you give me a better or easyer way to find it.

No link needed, the problem isn't your bios, it's how the disk is setup and connected. Make sure that it is connected properly.

everyting is connected as it should be.
I tryed the harddisk on an other motherboard and there it turnes well.

So, imo there must be something out there.
