BIOS Updates forum

Hi

I have bought an 80 gb hdd but my motherboard does not support more than 32 gb. So i have searched and found new bios- patched to support upto 128 hdd from "http://wims.rainbow-software.org/nicks/Procomp B687Z.zip". I have downloaded the file.

The Problem is - I don't know how to update my bios through this patch/bios.

Pls tell me how can i update my bios. Any reply regd. the same will be highly appreciated.
