Hi,

This is an AMI BIOS

tomato T810B-s

the bios date is 10/10/00

When i connect my 80 gb hard disk to it it detects it as 65535 mb in the bios setup and setup hangs....

Please help me break this barrier..

Try to enter the had disk parameters manually.

And what will be the disk parameteres for a 80 gb seagate barracuda hdd

All hard disk models potentially have different parameters. Check information printed on the drive as a first point of reference.
