Samsung SP2014n 200GB displays as 32.4GB

I cant XP to see my 200GB drive it says it is 32.4GB
Mainboard Manufacturer MSI
Mainboard Model Name MS-7061
Mainboard BIOS Vendor Phoenix
Mainboard BIOS Version 3.20

That is the inofrmation i get when i try all the updates for my motherboard and bios, they are all the latest version.. ?
Im at a loss please has anyone else had this problem

Remove the 32GB limitation jumper from your HDD

The drive is not limited, i have checked and i have somehow managed to get it to come up as 130 using some samsung disk manager program but its still 70gb missing
