I cant find bios to W6199VC8 which is freshes than 08/10/00.
Mayby anybody know where can I find it...

It's an OEM version of Microstar MS-6199VA for a Compaq system.
Your BIOS version is 1.6 and there are a BIOS upgrade, version 1.8, patched for 128GB HDD support, courtesy of Denniss:
