Bad Flash?

I tried to upgrade my bios to install a 40gb hdd and think that I used the wrong one. On boot up, it not only does not detect the hdd but it gave me the "floppy disk(s) fail (C0). I was able to get around that error message about the floppy by disabling the "floppy drive seek" in bios. I am able to boot from cd-rom (hdd drive not detected) but not the floppy. Can I reflash my bios via the cdrom drive?

Original: AWARD MODULAR BIOS v4.51PG

FLASH: P5TX-BPro ver3.2 07/28/1998
08/03/1998 - i430TX - P5TXBPro - 00

Thanks in advance
