BIOS Updates forum

Hi Everyone,
I searched the internet and finnaly got a file to update my BIOS. But it is a .BIN File.
So, what to do with that file. I tried to copy it in a floppy and Boot through it.
But , no reaction.
So, please help me....

Sir, you gave me a link in which it is written that it is required that .bin file is not sufficient to upgrade my BIOS, it seems we should have .exe file of my flash utility.
