i440BX-W977TF-BX-440B-VH with 40GB Problem

Hi everybody
As previously said in the subject, i have got problem with my motherboard and a Maxtor 40GB hard drive.
I can't found any details on my motherboard except BX-440B.
At boot sequence, informations given are :
i440BX-W977TF-BX-440B-VH
and A-MAX BX-440 Ver:1.1 07WB
I found a bios update at
http://wims.rainbow-software.org/
But with this Bios, there is no flasher sofware.
I don't found any support
Do you an idea or do you know how to flash my bios ( wich software to use)
