Hey,i just put an Amd Sempron 2600+ L2 256 Kb on my K7VZA rev1.0 MB and i'm wondering if is any problem with this. The MB recongnize only 1100 Mhz( I know that's the limit) and it has 384 MB of SDR at 133 Mhz.

The Sempron 2600+ needs a 166MHz FSB (FSB333) with its 11.0x multiplier to run its designated core clock. The K7VZA 1.0 supports 100MHz FSB and nothing else. The K7VZA 3.0 (which takes SDRAM, too) would allow a 133MHz FSB. You'd need a new mainboard which supports FSB333 and SDRAM but i can't think of a chipset which would support this configuration.

There are three options: run the Sempron with a lower speed (which really hurts), sell all components and buy something new or buy a used mainboard and new (DDR-)RAM.
I'd go for a completely new system with 2GB DDR, a Sempron 64 LE-1200 (512kB L2) and an AM2(+) mainboard with onboard VGA. A system like this shouldn't cost more than 80EUR.
