Is your Board set to FSB100MHz ?
Seems it uses FSB66 at the moment .

Thanks Denniss. Your notice is very useful. But my mobo only support three kind of FSB :
66/33 MHZ
75/31 MHZ
95/41 MHZ
When I try to set my Bus to 95/41 MHZ, my computer wasn't worked. What I have to do now ?.

Ah, an i810 Celeron board.
I think you're stuck running at 75/31.

Thanks. But at 75/31 Mhz my mobo's still unrecognized my chip. I want to upgrade my bios but when I go to San-li page I haven't got anything. Please give me some notice.

As the board does not support 100MHz FSB, that CPU will never work at 750MHz there.
