What BIOS have you flashed? The latest is:
02/06/2001-i440BX-8671-GA6BXE00C-00
Intel 440BX AGPSet BIOS for 6BXE V.F3a
http://ftp.gigabyte.com.tw/support/temp ... xe_f3a.zip

The Celeron 600 CPU has multiplier 9x (can't be changed) and should be set to 66MHz FSB. The vcore voltage is 1.5V to 1.75V depending on CPU type.

i just download a lil program(at www.celeron.com) that tells me the frequency i'm using and what frequency i shoulb be at. It turns out i should set my fsb at 133mhz with the multiplier of 4.5 which solved the problem. According to my retarted manual, it says i should set 100mhz fsb with X6 for celeron 600mhz

sorry for your inconvient and thanks for replying ^^
