AMD Barton 2500+ CPU not recognized in my IWILL XP333-R

My Barton 2500+ will boot up and run on my IWILL XP333-R motherboard but the CPU not being recognized along with no micocode CPU update. The BIOS being used (1220 BIOS with HPT 2.34) is IWILL's latest for the XP333-R along with an updated RAID BIOS for the onboard Highpoint RAID processor: http://website.lineone.net/~loggan26/downloads.htm.
Can anyone update this BIOS so that'll it'll properly recognize Barton 2500+ CPUs? Thanks.
