I would like to back up a SystemSoft Bios on a notebook.

I have 2 notebooks just alike. One has an upgraded BIOS and the other one doesn't. I need to upgrade the BIOS on the 2nd notebook so that I can upgrade it to a faster CPU. I am looking for a flash utility that will allow me to backup the newer BIOS. I tried Uniflash and it doesn't work.
