Via C3 900mHz with Award Modular BIOS v4.51PG

I normally use a Celeron 466mHz but I decided I wanted an upgrade.
My ECS EliteGroup P6SET-ML board is socket 370 so I got a Via.
My motherboard supplier's webpage had a chart of CPU compatibility.
Listed under Via C3 was 100mHz. (Probably meaning Front side Bus top amount)
I checked my BIOS and it can only handle FSB of up to 100mHz and Multipliers up to 7x. Anyone with basic math knows that's only 700mHz.
Is there any way to get past this? Or should I go back to the store and exchange it for a 700mHz and save some cash?
