V3000T Video BIOS Update Request

HP hasn't updated the bios for this laptop with the latest Video BIOS out there for my onboard GPU. If you download the latest drivers for my chipset GPU, Intel 945GM, there is even a video bios update file included. I do not, however, know how to upgrade the motherboard BIOS' VBIOS. Do you know how to do this?
