I bought LCD monitor 1440x900 monitor for old fujitsu-siemens PC. It is Scenic N320 with SIS 661 chipset and VBIOS 2.27.00. I can't set 1440x900 on Windows, so other resolution look very bad.

AFAIR there's no Phoenix Bios Editor available so we can't modify this Bios by replacing the VGA Bios with a recent version.
Better get a cheap VGA card, this will improve system performance by a large margin (if OnBoard VGA disabled) as you don't need to share your memory bandwidth with the OnBoard VGA anymore.
