BIOS Updates forum

for some reason when i switched computers i need a bios or firmware update for the computer to have "enough information" to "start the driver" . " " = actual words used in the driver wizard ...n e ways just wondering where in the world i can get a bios or firmware update.....i have a datageneral ct + computer with a acer motherboard. HELP!!!

Have you checked out whether Data General have a BIOS upgrade available ?

Have you looked at the Acer FTP site ?

..and for an Acer motherboard you will probably have to open the case and look for a part number. Give us all the info that appears on the start-up screen.
