Is it possible to mount the Matrox G400 AGP 16 or 32 MB video card on this mobo?

You do NOT have an Intel AL440LX. You have a board made by DTK and they used an Intel chipset.
Most likely the model is PRM-0076I E0 as that is the only one with an SMC multi I/O chip.

It has an AGP 2x slot that should be compatible with that Matrox card.
