Problem with SGI 1600sw Flat Panel

Hello, I am new here found this great looking forum googling. I have a 1600sw that has issues. All the LED does is blink orange. I have another 1600sw connected to a 540 and have swapped screens but nothing changes. Is there anyone that can help? Thanks in advance, SGIGEEK
