Driver problem with CMI8738/C3DX on ASUS A7V333 motherboard

I have an ASUS A7v333 motherboard with CMI8738/C3DX audio chipset onboard.
The jumper has been set to enable the onboard audio chipset.
In WindowsXP, I have installed the latest drivers.
WindowsXP cannot use the audio system, as it says it cannot start it (Error code: 10).

Can anyone help me with this?

Thanks a lot in advance.

It may require BIOS-enabling too.

Are you using this particular set of drivers?
