SIS 661 Bios update for a new 19'' LCD monitor?

Hello,
Somebody I know have just bought a new 19'' LCD monitor, And he have a SIS 661 Graphic chip.
The resolution needed for this monitor is not supported with his current BIOS version (I've tried to install the latest display adapter driver on his PC, But that didn't helped)
I can't seem to find his motherboard's brand/model name/number.
It only writes "SIS-661" and the manufacturer is unknown (From the e-support website.)

Can you please send me the valid bios update .bin file?
