i try another way like flashing my bios but it cant read... help me!!!!!!

first of all, do not hijack threads and post more than one time on the same subject. Secodn, it seems to me your floppy drive or the floppy disk you are using is toast so i suggest you replace both with known working ones before attemtping to flash again.
