Need BIOS update for old Epox

I have the below hardware and since I loaded Vista my PC keeps switching off randomly...could this be due to a BIOS upgrade needed ? As far as I know Epox is long gone and I do not know where to find the latest BIOS update...
The details are:
VIA P4M800 mainboard for Intel Socket 775 processor.
Chipset : VIA P4M800ce + 8237R Plus AGPset
The BIOS details are : 6A7L6PA9C
Any help will be appreciated as this is driving me insane !!!
