can i change my bios?

Would it be possible to update my bios from this(award v.6.00,14.11.02)to some other manufacture of bios,ami for example?my board is msi-6534 and current bios doesn't list any overclocking features.my chipset is i845.Anybody done this?I want to add more features in bios.Have already tried updating the bios from german medion site but bios is still the same.any help,please?
