I am trying to mod this BIOS with modbin

I have been having issues with RAM compatibility

I wanted to enable spread spectrum in the 20040729,
8rda4729.bin BIOS. This is an AWARD BIOS.
Modbin allows me to do this.

However, when I reflash the BIOS the changes are not retained.

Is there a problem I should be aware of here?

Open the actual bios file with modbin, make the changes, then SAVE the bios, then flash it from the new file.
