Help can't find bios upgrade

Having trouble finding the upgrade for the following:

BIOS Type: Phoenix-Award
BIOS Date: October 2nd 2002

getting the blue screen more often than i like and when the trouble shooter comes up it says to upgrade. can anyone help and is it out there free of charge??

drivers can be found over at VIA's site.

find out where the instability comes from: check the capacitors on the mainboard, check the cpu cooler and fan. use memtest86 to check your ram. and last but not least check your psu. in general Seasonic PSUs are a good choice. make sure they are at least 80+ rated, the wattage depends on the rest of the system like vga card, harddisk(s), etc.
