Here is a Intel D102GGC2 Motherboard, The download is a EXE file, after extract is, I got a *.BIO file, 1.36M, but the chip PM49FL004T, should be 512K.
As the board BIOS is collapsed, the flashing program no way can be run under windows. How can I get the 512k binary file?

If you had bothered to read the link I gave you would see you do not need windows running to flash the bios, just a bootable device (floppy drive in case of this board, it does not support recovery flashing from stick).

I want to know the answer to the question in the topic title. How can the BIOS image be extracted from the BIO file?

Some more Googling does answer the question indeed, that posting is almost 2 years old.

There is an older ready-made version available in there (the end of page 2), after you programmed the chip you can put it in the board and flash the latest bios in the normal way.

I tried a resource extracting tool and there seemed to be many files within the BIO file. I don't have to fix my bios now since I've had the motherboard replaced. There is a 3 year warranty with Intel motherboards.

In this case the .BIO file was an EFI capsule around the original bios binary. But this is not always the case. Anyway, the question was answered properly now.
