Hello, Can someone help me
I think my BIOS need a update because i can't my USB 2.0 ports upgraded
These USB ports are very slow and that's very frustrating for me.
I got than a message that are other faster ports but all my 4 USB ports are the same.

You're running into a hardware limitation as this board/chipset only has USB1.1 controller hardware. You need to buy an USB2.0 controller card for a PCI slot (if you have one free), they shouldn't cost that much.

I know it's frustrating if you need to transfer several hundred MiB of Data with USB1.1 speed.
